In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Received exactly as pictured! No doubt the florist have a good idea to detail and selection. If they are local to your delivery location, they will have fresh flowers on day of delivery

Very nice bouquet, delivered on the scheduled delivery date with a personalized note. My only minor comment is that there were no updates from Bloom Nation or the florist - and if you check out as a guest, there’s no way to track your order. So that was a little frustrating as the bouquet arrived much later in the evening (6:30 pm) and I couldn’t reach anyone at either Bloom Nation’s customer service line or the florist’s number when I called at 4:45 pm for an update. Other than that, all was good. Would just be great to get tracking updates so we are aware of the progress of the order.

Kind, friendly and understanding. Excellent service and delivery. I had to call to make a last minute delivery date change and they were very understanding.
