If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

On the occasion of a wedding, we couldn't find a more PERFECT FLORAL ARRANGEMENT along with the Veuve Clicquot - the recipients were very very happy to receive it which us very very happy!
