All Floral Arrangement Sales Are Final

We regret to inform you that all sales of floral arrangements are final. Once an order is placed and payment is received, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for the purchased floral arrangements.

Damaged Items or Incorrect Delivery

In the rare event that your floral arrangement arrives damaged or is delivered on the wrong day, we understand the importance of resolving such issues promptly. Customers may apply for a refund by following these steps:

1. Notify Us: Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged or incorrectly delivered floral arrangement. Contact our customer service team at noblesgarden.florist@gmail.com/(310) 372-1300.
2. Submit Proof of the Issue: To process your refund, we require proof of the issue. This may include clear photographs of the damaged items or any relevant documentation regarding the incorrect delivery date.
3. Contact Customer Service: Submit the proof of the issue to our customer service team via email at noblesgarden.florist@gmail.com. Our team will review your case and respond to you within 1 to 2 business days.

Refund Process: If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 3 to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
